4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer shipping within Canada. We’re working on expanding internationally soon—stay tuned!

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

6. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery within North Bay, Ontario. If you're eligible, the option will appear at checkout. Local deliveries are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

7. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
